Delivery Information
Delivery is £6.50 for all orders - very rarely, we may need to charge more if there is an excessive amount of items or the items are especially heavy. We will contact you in this case and discuss the options.
Around 80% of our deliveries are made next business day if ordered by 5pm but please allow 3-5 days for your item to arrive. If you require the item urgently, please give us a call on 0845 601 3338 and we will be happy to advise on our stock situation.
Whilst we do our best to deliver items in a quick and timely manner, we recommend you do not book electricians, builders, etc until you have received the items you have ordered. We are not responsible for any costs incurred for un-used labour where items have not turned up or are incomplete or faulty.
Northern Ireland - carriage to Northern Ireland is £15 in total. We will contact you to pay the balance once your transaction has gone through.
Please note - goods must be inspected upon arrival and any claim for items damaged must be made within 24 hours. Outside of this time, no claims for damaged items can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our stated delivery rates are for UK Zone 1 deliveries only. Zone 1 covers mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland, including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. If the item is small enough eg a smoke alarm or a bulb, we will post it without further costs, however, it if needs to be sent via courier, the charges below will apply.

Some of our product range is exceptionally heavy or can be so if ordered in multiples. We reserve the right to revise the delivery cost if your order is heavier than our standard dispatch allows. Heavy products are marked as such in the product description, please contact us for a quote if your item is marked as heavy.
