We hope that you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make the process as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Electric Point allows for a 7 day period from the day the items are despatched for you to return unwanted goods for. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form.
Certain items are excluded from the returns policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements.
To return an item you must email email@example.com with your order number and details of the items you will return.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
If you purchased the item more than 14 days ago and has proven to be faulty or If the item has already been installed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further advice.
Damaged in transit
Goods must be inspected upon arrival by the customer - if the goods have been damaged in transit, you must inform us via email@example.com within 24 hours of the receipt of goods. Claims for goods damaged cannot be made outside of this time.
