2.2 The Terms may be changed by us at any time by updating this posting. Your continual use of the Websites indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms and will be binding on you.
3. Accessing our websites
3.1 We will use our reasonable efforts to ensure that the Websites are available at all times, although we cannot guarantee that the Websites or any individual function or feature of the Websites will always be available or error free. We are under no obligation to update the Websites or correct errors therein.
3.2 Access to our Websites may be suspended or restricted, for example (but not limited to) where the Websites are being upgraded or essential maintenance work is being carried out or for reasons beyond our control, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on our Websites without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Websites are unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.3 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Websites. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Websites through your internet connection are aware of these Terms, and that they comply with them.
4. Intellectual property rights
4.1 In these Terms, “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or not) trade marks (registered and unregistered) and other similar rights together with any and all applications and protections of such rights. We either own or licence all of the Intellectual Property Rights in our Websites, and in the material published on them. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties and all such rights are reserved.
4.2 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts from the Websites on the following basis:
4.2.1. for your personal reference, provided our copyright and or trade mark notices and those of any and all contributors and this permission appears on the copy;
4.2.2. you do not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way; and
4.2.3. you do not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
4.4 You may not permit, create unauthorised framing of, or deep linking to, the Websites or create derivative works thereof from any other website. Other than as set out above no part of the Websites may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

6.1.3. This condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.
6.2 This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Contracts for the supply of goods formed through our Websites or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply.
9. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES
9.1 Your permission to use the Websites is personal to you and non-transferable, and you may not use the Websites for any purpose other than to obtain information about our products and services with a view to purchasing such products and/or services or for research. In using our Websites, you agree that you will not:

9.1.6. reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or access to the Websites;
9.1.7. modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Websites. If you wish to reverse engineer any part of the Websites to create an interoperable program you must contact us and we may provide interface data subject to verification or your identity and other information;
9.1.8. remove any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary rights notice form the Websites or materials originating from the Websites;
9.1.9. frame or mirror any part of the Websites without express prior written consent;
9.1.10. create a database by systematically downloading and storing the Websites’ content;
9.1.11. use any manual or automatic device in any way to gather the Websites’ content or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Websites without our express prior written consent. Notwithstanding the forgoing, we grant the operators of public online search engines limited permission to use search retrieval applications to reproduce materials form the Websites for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of such materials solely in connection with each operator’s public online search service.
9.2 We reserve the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific instances.

11.1 The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Websites although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. You must check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these Terms may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our Websites.
