Designed for wall or ceiling mounting, the Automatic extractor fan range incorporates thermo-activated internal shutters behind the interior grille which open silently approximately 45 seconds after the fan is switched on.

This efficient and easy to install range of 150mm (6") extractor fan are suited to larger bathrooms, utility rooms, shops, offices, restaurants etc.

The extract rate for the XF150A Series is 230m³/hr, 64 litres per second.

The units are all manufactured using high ABS thermoplastics for strength and durability, aesthetics and easy cleaning.

Power is provided by a single phase induction motor with pre-oiled bearings for a long, maintenance free life.



Designed to comply with the 2006 Building Regulations on Ventilation (F1), rated to IP24.



Installation

Designed for wall or ceiling mounting (pullcord version wall mounting only).



Electrical

220-240V - AC 50Hz.
Single phase consuming 45 watts. These fans are double insulated and do not require an earth. All wiring must comply with current IEE regulations.

A double pole (DP) isolating switch, having a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles, must be used with a 3 amp fuse fitted.

The fan must not be accessible to a person using either the shower or bath and mounted a minimum of 1.8m from the floor.
