*Large items include products that require delivery on pallets such as Storage Heaters, Heavy Cable Drums and items sold in large quantities. Please be aware if items are purchased before calling for a quote, we may contact you to request additional shipping costs.
Electricpoint does not deliver outside of the UK (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man). Currently, small items can only be sent via Royal Mail to the Shetlands, we cannot send large items such as heaters.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you require an item next day it is likely that we can accommodate this, please call 0203 994 5470 or email email@example.com. We will check availability and prioritise your order. We always aim to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible.
For standard deliveries please allow:
- 2 to 3 working days for deliveries in the mainland UK.
- 5 working days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Offshore, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
Electricpoint does not display live stock although we are currently working on this. We keep over £1m worth of goods in stock but items will unfortunately go out of stock occasionally, we will source the goods from the manufacturer as quickly as possible and always notify you of any extended lead times.
Click & Collect Orders from Harringay & Greenwich
We offer collections from our Harringay Branch in North London or Greenwich Branch in South London, by default we will assume you with to collect from Harringay, please contact us for Greenwich branch collections. See Free Product Collections for further details.
Storage Heaters & Curbside Deliveries
Standard storage heater deliveries are shipped on pallets and are therefore dropped curbside our carriers not insured to enter any premises. If this is an issue we may be able to offer further assistance depending on your location.
Terms & Conditions
Some of our products are exceptionally heavy. We reserve the right to revise the delivery charges if your order is heavier than our standard dispatch allows.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred for unused labour where items have not turned up or are incomplete or faulty. We recommend that you do not book electricians, builders, etc. until you have received the items you have ordered.
Goods must be inspected upon arrival and any claim for items damaged or incomplete must be made within 24 hours.
Outside of this time, no claims for damaged or incomplete items can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Storage heaters will be delivered via a large lorry, should there be any potential issue with large vehicles accessing the delivery address, please advise after ordering.
