The Vent Axia VA100 range has been designed for use in residential bathrooms and toilets. The VA100SVXP12 is a IPX7 rated, 4" low voltage bathroom fan operated via light switch. Suitable for window, wall or panel mounting the VA100SVXP12 is a versatile solution to your bathroom ventilation requirements and comes complete with a remote wall transformer.

As a Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) fan, the VA100SVXP12 is designed to be safely installed within bathroom zone 1 and can be fitted within the spray area of a bath or shower.

The VA100SVXP12 features a thermoelectric shutter, pullcord and indication light.

VA100 Fans exceed the extraction rate requirements of Building Regulation (Document F) for domestic bathrooms with integral WCs.

Designed with a clean white finish VA100 extractor fans are suitable for use in ambient temperatures up to 40°c and benefits from Standard Thermal Overload Protection.
