We've taken a number of steps to help you save money by shopping with us.

Our website is built off the back of price matching software to make sure we're offering the best possible price. Should you find the same product for cheaper, just take advantage of the Electricpoint Price Promise and we will try to offer you a better deal.

Further savings are available through multibuy offers included in many of our products, and our clearance section is full of deals on end of life and discontinued stock.

What is the Electricpoint price promise?

We use both our industry connections and the latest price checking software to make sure that we are selling products at the lowest price available online.

If you have found a product that has fallen between the cracks and is being sold cheaper by another online retailer, our price promise means we will do whatever we can to give you a better deal.

How do I track my order?

Simply sign into your account or view your shipment email to find out more about your shipping method and tracking number. If you need an update on a pallet track order or via our own delivery network, please contact us on 0203 994 5470.

If your order is being delivered by Parcelforce, you can track your order on the Parcelforce website. Please note that tracking information will not be available until around 8pm on the day of despatch.

If your tracking number doesn't show any updates before then, there's no need to be concerned.

Can you provide me with an invoice for expenses, taxes, etc?

Electricpoint provides a physical invoice with every order, so be sure to check inside the packaging when your items arrive.

If you have misplaced or accidentally discarded your invoice, don’t worry - We can provide a digital version for your convenience. Just get in touch with us at 0203 994 5470 or drop us an email at sales@electricpoint.com, and we’ll send this to your inbox.

Does Electricpoint offer trade accounts?

Yes - This grants you access to a range of benefits including exclusive trade discounts, access to additional stock

lines and fast, free quotes, all with the support of a dedicated account manager to assist with product advice and enquiries.

Does Electricpoint offer free delivery?

Delivery is free for orders over £50 (Excluding VAT) and £5.50 for orders under £50 (Excluding VAT).

Can my order be sent to multiple delivery addresses?

Yes - Please place your order and then contact us at 0203 994 5470 to let us know that you would like the order sent to multiple addresses.

Does Electricpoint offer click & collect?

Yes - Free same-day click & collect is available from our Harringay, Ipswich and Greenwich branches.

Can I return an item if I no longer need it?

Yes, you can return an item if you no longer need it, provided it is unused and in a resalable condition. Electricpoint allows returns within a 45-day window from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to decide. Simply ensure the item is in its original packaging and undamaged to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Can you deliver to a PO box number?

Yes - However, please contact us before placing an order to ensure that all goods in your order can be delivered to a PO box.
