Designed for use in residential bathrooms and toilets, the Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon VA100 range benefits from Lo-Carbon, long life DC motors that are more efficient than conventional motors and deliver up to 87% energy savings. Suitable for window, wall or panel/ceiling installation the Lo-Carbon VA100 range boasts a range of versatile bathroom extractor fans which exceed the extraction rate set out in current Building Regulation Requirements.

As a Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) extractor fan, the VA100SELVXT has been designed for installation in bathroom zone 1 within the splash areas of baths and showers. The bathroom fan is IPX7 rated and is controlled via mains safety isolating transformer which is to be installed away from spray sources and out of reach of persons using the shower or bath.

The VA100SELVXT model specifically benefits from an adjustable 15 minute overrun timer with indication light and a motorised shutter which uses no extra power when in operation.
