What is our Returns Policy?
We hope that you will be happy with your goods, however, if you do need to return an item, it is our aim to make the process as simple as possible for you.
To return an item, please print and fill in the returns form at the bottom of this page and phone 0203 994 5470 or email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns number. From here we can advise the best way to return your items.
Once your returns form is accompanied by the returns number, your item is ready to return. If you need any assistance in returning your goods, please feel free to contact us on the below details.
Depending on the type of product you are returning, you may also be able to drop the goods at one of our 40 drop off points across the country. Please contact us for further details.

Returning unwanted goods
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition (in their original packaging with all component parts and any promotional items received). Products that are not returned in their original condition could be subject to an additional charge. Unfortunately, delivery charges can not be refunded.
Please ensure that you contact us before starting your return in order to obtain your returns reference number.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return items as the goods remain your responsibility until they are in our possession. There may be a collection charge from our courier if you request collection of your goods.
*Certain items are excluded from our returns policy. These include products that are made to measure or cut (for example electrical cable). Please contact us for further guidance in this instance.
Returning faulty goods
We will accept the return of faulty goods within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will replace or refund the affected goods and cover the carriage charges once we receive the product back and confirm the fault. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Returning goods that have been damaged in transit
Please thoroughly check your goods immediately upon delivery. If your goods have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 24 hours either by phone 0203 994 5470 or email email@example.com. It may not be possible to issue a refund for damaged goods reported outside of the 24 hour time frame.
Are my goods covered by a guarantee or warranty?
All of our products are covered with at least a one year retailer’s guarantee. Some products have a longer guarantee with the manufacturer which is not endorsed or backed by Electricpoint; we advise checking the manufacturer's website for further details in this case. Please be aware that some manufacturers may demand their right to repair faulty goods. This is out of our control.
