Can Easee chargers be locked?

Yes - Easee chargers come with an integrated radio frequency identification (RFID) key system.

Employee IDs, gym key fobs, Easee's own RFID keys, and even contactless cards can be linked to a user account on the charger. This means that charging can only commence once an appropriate RFID key has been scanned, preventing unauthorized use.

The charger can also be locked via the app for extra peace of mind. 

Do Easee chargers have PEN fault detection?

Yes - Easee chargers continuously monitor voltage, earth leakage, and other factors to ensure safety.

If a fault is detected, you'll be alerted through both the on-device LEDs turning red and a notification on the Easee app if you're not present.
