The Electricpoint Price Promise means we won’t be beaten on price. If you’re able to find our products cheaper anywhere else online, we’ll do whatever we can to give you a better deal.

What products are eligible for the Price Promise?

We just need four boxes to be ticked for you to take advantage of our Price Promise:

• The competitor price is a UK-based retailer.
• The price includes delivery.
• The product is not second-hand or from an online marketplace like eBay or Amazon.
• The product is ‘In stock’ for delivery within a reasonable timeframe from the competitor

I’ve found an eligible product, what now?

• Simply give us a call on 0203 994 5470, send us an email at sales@electricpoint.com or complete the contact form below.
• Send us the product code or SKU and let us know where you saw it cheaper.
• The Electricpoint team will get to work trying to find you a better deal.
