Click & Collect Orders

We know that electricians might be on the move so home delivery can be tricky. For that reason, we have collection points in North and South London. We also have a collection point from our branch in Ipswich. Order online on the go and we can have your package ready to go within an hour during working hours.

How do I place an order for collection?

To order for collection, simply select the location you would like to collect your order from using our Branch Locator. We have two London based collection points, these are located at our Harringay Branch in North London and our Greenwich Branch in South London. You can also order and collect from our Ipswich branch

When will my order be ready?

Your order will be ready to collect in one hour, if you need it faster please just give us a call 0203 994 5470. 

Collections are currently only possible during working hours 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, if you have a special requirement please get in touch we will try and accomodate.

Do I need proof of ID to collect my order?

Yes, we will require proof of ID and also your Collection Reference from your collection confirmation email. If you haven't received your collection reference please give us a call 0203 994 5470.
