We know that electricians might be on the move so home delivery can be tricky. For that reason, we have collection points in North and South London. Order online on the go and we can have your package ready to go within an hour during working hours.

How do I place an order for collection?

To order for collection, simply select the location you would like to collect your order from using our Branch Locator. We have two London based collection points, these are located at our Harringay Branch in North London and our Greenwich Branch in South London.

When will my order be ready?

We are still working on a live stock feed for the website (which will be launched next month), it is possible that your order could be out of stock. We will always advise stock availability as fast as we can but for urgent orders, we recommend calling to check availability first on 0203 994 5470

Website orders are only processed during working hours 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you order the night before or over the weekend, you may have to wait for the order or be processed during working hours before you receive your collection reference and stock confirmation.

Do I need proof of ID to collect my order?

Yes, we will require proof of ID and also your Collection Reference from your collection confirmation email. If you haven't received your collection reference please give us a call 0203 994 5470.
