Click & Collect Orders

Electricpoint understands that home deliveries may be difficult for electricians constantly in-and-out on jobs.

With this in mind, we offer in-branch click and collect. Simply place an order, and we’ll have your goods ready from collection from your chosen Electricpoint branch within an hour between 7:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

How do I place an order for collection?

Just choose the Electricpoint branch you wish to collect from on our branch locator and select ‘click and collect’.

When will my order be ready?

Your order will be ready to collect within an hour. If you need your order sooner than this, or need your goods outside of our standard business hours, please give us a call on 0203 994 5470 and we will see what we can do for you.

Do I need proof of ID to collect my order?

Yes – we will require both proof of ID (Such as a photo or driver’s licence) and the collection reference from your collection confirmation email.

Is parking available at your click and collect locations?

Yes – Free customer parking for our Harringay branch is available via Effingham Road. Onsite parking is available at our Ipswich branch and Greenwich branch, both directly outside.

• Monday: 7.30am – 5.00pm
• Tuesday: 7.30am – 5.00pm
• Wednesday: 7.30am – 5.00pm
• Thursday: 7.30am – 5.00pm
• Friday: 7.30am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed
