The VEC03 is a tethered version with a fixed 5m Type 2 cable for maximum convenience. Both offer the same 7.4kW power, smart app control, and safety features. Choose the VEC01 for flexibility and the VEC03 for plug-and-play ease.

Yes. All EVEC EV Chargers come with built-in PEN fault protection as standard. This often eliminates the need for a separate earth rod during installation, which can significantly reduce costs and complexity while maintaining full electrical safety.

Yes. The free EVEC app allows you to schedule charging sessions to take advantage of cheap off-peak rates or other time-of-use plans. You can also monitor energy usage and costs in real time for better control over your charging expenses.

Absolutely. Every EVEC EV Charger connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to the dedicated EVEC app. From the app you can start/stop charging, set schedules, adjust power output (e.g. between 3.7kW and 7.4kW), monitor live status and receive notifications. It also supports OCPP 1.6J for advanced smart charging and load balancing.
