What are Kerbside Deliveries?

Our pallet delivery service for storage heaters is limited to kerbside delivery only. This keeps costs down and ensures safe, efficient handling for these heavy items.

Kerbside delivery means the driver will unload the pallet using a pallet trolley and place it as close as possible to your property's entrance — such as near your front door, garage, or driveway — provided the access route is clear, flat, and suitable for their equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to move the pallet and items into the building.

Pallet delivery is charged at a flat rate of £39.95 (regardless of order size). We will call you to book the delivery but please be aware if you're not available to receive the delivery at the arranged time, any required re-deliveries will incur an additional fee.

While the full pallet is heavy, individual components are much more manageable once unpacked:

• Storage heater bricks come in packs weighing approximately 10kg each
• Complete storage heaters typically weigh 30–40kg, depending on the model

Important: Please do not discard the storage heater bricks — they are essential components required for the heater to function properly.

What are our Delivery Terms & Conditions?

Some of our products are exceptionally heavy. Electricpoint reserves the right to revise the delivery charges if your order is heavier than our standard dispatch allows.

We are not responsible for any costs incurred for unused labour where items have not turned up or are incomplete and/or faulty. We recommend that you do not book electricians, builders or any other tradespeople until you have received the items.

Goods must be inspected upon arrival, and any claims for items damaged or incomplete must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

Following this initial 24 hours period, claims for damaged or incomplete items are not possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Storage heaters will be delivered via a large lorry. If you expect an issue with large vehicles accessing the delivery address, please advise us at 0203 994 5470 or email sales@electricpoint.com after placing the order.
