5 working days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Offshore
& Northern Ireland.
Look out for "In Stock" logo on our product pages, stock levels
are regularly kept up to date so if you see this logo rest assured
the product is on the shelf and will be delivered in 1 to 2 days.
Out of stock items (products without the "In Stock" logo) we quote
2 to 3 working days for delivery. We keep over £1m worth of goods
in stock but items do go out of stock, we will source the goods
from the manufacturer or our extensive branch network as quickly
as possible and we will always notify you of any extended lead

Storage Heaters & Kerbside Deliveries
Our logistics service for palletised deliveries of storage heaters
limited to providing kerbside delivery only. This
means that the driver will place the pallet as close to the
entrance of your building as possible - for example, to your front
door, garage or outbuilding providing the route is clear and flat
enough for their pallet trolley.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to move the products
into the property.
Despite the pallets themselves being heavy, the
individual components are more manageable;
storage heater bricks weigh approximately 10kg per pack, and the
storage heaters themselves range in weight from 30-40Kg depending
on the model.
Pallet deliveries are free; however, if you are not present to
receive your order, subsequent redeliveries will incur a

Some of our products are exceptionally heavy. We reserve the right
to revise the delivery charges if your order is heavier than our
standard dispatch allows.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred for unused
labour where items have not turned up or are incomplete or faulty.
We recommend that you do not book electricians, builders, etc.
until you have received the items you have ordered.
Goods must be inspected upon arrival and any claim for items
damaged or incomplete must be made within 24 hours.
Outside of this time, no claims for damaged or incomplete items
can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
heaters will be delivered via a large lorry, should there be any
potential issue with large vehicles accessing the delivery
address, please advise after ordering.
