We hope that you won't need to return any items to us. If you do, however, we want to make things as simple as possible.

I no longer need my goods
You have a right to return any order within 45 days of receipt.
Items must be both unused and in a resaleable condition (In the original packaging and with all component parts and/or promotional items). Products that are not returned in their original condition may be subject to an additional charge.
Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for delivery charges.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they are in our possession. We can assist with the returns process via a courier, but this may come at an additional charge.
You can also drop the returned goods off at one of our 40 drop-off points, which are operated through an affiliate company. Please contact us at 0203 994 5470 or email returns@electricpoint.com for further details.
My goods are faulty
Electricpoint will replace or refund faulty goods and cover all associated carriage charges.

My goods have been damaged in transit
Goods must be inspected upon delivery. If you notice that your goods have been damaged in-transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at 0203 994 5470 or at returns@electricpoint.com. You can also reach us via our contact form.
Unfortunately, we are not able to claim on our insurance for damaged goods after this initial 24 hour period.
Are my goods covered by a guarantee or warranty?
All of our products are covered with at least a one-year guarantee. Some products may have a longer warranty, as detailed on the product page.
Extended manufacturer warranties are available on some products - We advise that you check the manufacturer's website for further details. Please be advised that some manufacturers may demand their right to repair faulty goods, which is out of our control.
What's the process for returning faulty or unwanted goods?
To get started, please download and complete an Electricpoint Returns Form. This must be sent to us along with any goods you wish to return.

As the goods are your responsibility until they are in our possession, we highly recommend that you pay for a recorded delivery service. We recommend either Parcel2Go or Parcel Monkey, both of whom provide a number of options based on the size and weight of your returns package(s).
