Returns Policy

We hope that you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make the process as simple as possible. You can find a downloadable returns form at the bottom of this page which must be returned with the goods for us to process your refund.

I have unwanted goods?

At Electricpoint we have extended your right to cancel (beyond the legal requirement which is 14 days) any order received within 45 days can be returned. Items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition (their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received). Products that are not returned in their original condition could be subject to an additional charge. Please understand delivery charges can't be refunded.

It is your responsibility to return unwanted items to us, the goods are your responsibility until they are in our possession. We can sometimes assist, but there may be a collection charge from our courier. You may also be able to drop the goods at one of our drop-off points, we have 40 drop-off points across the country through an affiliate company, please contact us for further details.

*Certain items are excluded from our returns policy these include products that are made to measure or cut (for example electrical cable). Contact us for further guidance.

My goods are faulty?

We will replace or refund faulty goods and cover the carriage charges. Please email returns@electricpoint.com for assistance.

My goods have been damaged in transit?

Goods must be inspected upon delivery. If your goods have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 24 hours either by phone 0203 994 5470, email returns@electricpoint.com or use our Contact Form. If you have failed to notify us within the 24-hour period please contact us. We are unable to claim on our insurance for damaged goods outside of this time.

Are my goods covered by a guarantee or warranty?

All of our products are covered with at least a one-year guarantee. Some products have a longer guarantee, please check our product pages for further details or get in touch. Extended manufacturer warranties are available on some products, we advise checking the manufacturer's website for further details. Please be aware that some manufacturers may demand their right to repair faulty goods which is out of our control.

Where do I return faulty or unwanted goods?

Always contact us first... To help with returns we have over 40 drop-off points across the country through an affiliate company, please ask for more details.

To start the returns process please download and complete the Electricpoint Returns Form which must be completed and returned with any goods you send back.

Place your returns form inside your parcel and send it to:
