We hope that you won't need to return any items to us. If you do, we want to make things as simple as possible.
Our returns team is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Enquiries submitted over the weekend will be reviewed and responded to within the next available working days.

What if I no longer need my goods?
You have a right to return any order within 45 days of receipt.
Items must be both unused and in a resaleable condition (In the original packaging and with all component parts and/or promotional items). Products that are not returned in their original condition may be subject to an additional charge.
Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for delivery charges.

Our team will contact you within 48 hours with all relevant details on where to send your return.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they are in our possession. We can assist with the returns process via a courier, but this may come at an additional charge.
What if my goods are faulty?
Electricpoint will replace or refund faulty goods and cover all associated carriage charges.
Please complete our returns form below, include all relevant details regarding your order. Once complete, our team will be in contact within 24 hours in order to resolve your issue and arrange your return.
I have received the wrong item, what should I do?
Electricpoint will replace or refund incorrectly delivered goods and cover all associated carriage charges.

If your item is urgently required, we recommend reordering the correct item whilst we process your return.
What happens if my goods have been damaged in transit?
Goods must be inspected upon delivery.
If you notice that your goods have been damaged in-transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery using our returns form below.
Unfortunately, we are not able to claim on our insurance for damaged goods after this initial 24 hour period.
Are my goods covered by a guarantee or warranty?
All of our products are covered with at least a one-year guarantee.
Some products may have a longer warranty, as detailed on the product page.
Extended manufacturer warranties are available on some products - We advise that you check the manufacturer's website for further details. Please be advised that some manufacturers may demand their right to repair faulty goods, which is out of our control.
How long does it take to process my refund?
You should receive your refund within 7 days.
We aim to complete all refunds within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned items.
Can I return my goods in person?
You are able to return your order to our branches.
If you prefer to return your goods in person, please complete our returns form below.
Once submitted, our team will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours, letting you know when you can drop off your item(s) at any of our branches.
Can I return lengths of cut cable?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for cable that has been cut to length.
As these are tailored to specific requirements, they cannot be resold. Please ensure you double-check measurements before placing your order.
