The untethered version has an integrated cover with a built-in shutter over a Type 2 socket, so drivers plug in using their own Type 2 cable. The tethered version has a permanently attached 6.5m Type 2 cable with integrated cable management built into the unit, so no separate cable is needed.

The 7kW version is single-phase, suited to standard domestic electricity supplies. The 22kW version is three-phase, offering faster charging where a three-phase supply is available. Both are available in untethered or tethered configurations.

Yes. Through Monta integration, witty one chargers are solar/PV ready, allowing charging to be optimised alongside a property's solar generation rather than drawing consistently from the grid regardless of on-site supply.

Yes. The charger includes a slot for an optional CT board, enabling dynamic load management so charging current adjusts automatically based on the property's overall electricity demand, helping avoid tripping the main supply during high-usage periods.

WiFi and Bluetooth are built in as standard for commissioning and connectivity. 4G connectivity is available but requires the separate purchase of the Hager 4G board (XVA285), which is useful for installations in areas with unreliable WiFi coverage.

Yes. Hager offers a pedestal for a single charger or a pedestal for a dual charger, giving a freestanding installation option for driveways, car parks, or other locations without a suitable wall.

Commissioning is handled through the Hager Charge app over Bluetooth, allowing configuration without needing to open the unit. The charger also supports OCPP 1.6/2.0, allowing integration with compatible charge point management platforms if required.

Yes. The units carry IP55 and IK10 ratings, giving strong protection against dust, water ingress and physical impact, and are rated for operation between -25°C and 50°C, making them suitable for wall or pedestal mounting outdoors.
