Ansell Tornado Evo ATORE5/2, a 1500mm IP66 IK10 CCT and multi-wattage LED batten that switches between 30W, 40W, 50W and 60W and 4000K, 5000K or 6500K in a single non-corrosive luminaire.

Flexible CCT & Wattage Selection

Choose from four power settings and three colour temperatures on the fitting itself, delivering 4600lm to 8600lm at 4000K. One product covers a wide range of lighting levels and applications, so you carry less stock and can match the light to the space on site.

With efficiency of up to 160lm/W, the Tornado Evo gives you more light for every watt than the fluorescent battens it replaces. That means lower energy bills, and the 100,000 hour L70 rated life keeps maintenance visits to a minimum.

Built Tough for Demanding Environments

The IP66 polycarbonate body and diffuser resist dust, water jets and corrosion, while the IK10 rating protects against heavy impact. This makes the batten a dependable choice for industrial units, plant rooms, car parks, stairwells and other ancillary areas, indoors or out.

A slim, sloped diffuser gives a clean, modern look and spreads light evenly through a 120° beam angle. Operating from −20°C to 40°C, it performs reliably in unheated and exposed locations.

Faster, Easier Installation

Three side conduit entries and terminals at each end and in the middle give you more ways to wire and through-wire runs. The base is supplied disassembled with easy-attach clips, and large installation brackets secure the fitting firmly. The 1500mm length allows point-to-point replacement of existing fluorescent luminaires, so upgrades need minimal rework.

Emergency & Sensor Ready

Add a clip-in XPRESS Linear emergency kit (standard or DALI) to meet emergency lighting requirements without changing fittings. A clip-in microwave sensor turns lights on only when spaces are occupied, cutting wasted energy in corridors, stores and car parks.
