Featuring a recessed, fixed design, it offers a clean ceiling appearance while maintaining the fire integrity of the ceiling structure.

Tested Fire Performance with Insulation Coverability

This downlight has been rigorously fire tested in 30, 60 and 90-minute fire-rated ceilings, providing reassurance for compliance-driven projects. It is approved for use in solid timber, I-joist and metal web joist constructions, making it suitable for a wide range of modern building types. The fitting is also fibre-based insulation coverable up to 300mm when used with LED lamps, allowing flexibility in loft and ceiling void installations without compromising safety.

Installer-Friendly Design with Bathroom Suitability

Equipped with LENNEL tool-free terminals, the EFD Pro enables fast, secure wiring on site. The IP65 rating makes it suitable for bathroom installations and other moisture-prone indoor areas, while compatibility with GU10 LED lamps allows installers and end users to choose the desired colour temperature and beam angle to suit the space.
