The Collingwood DLT388MW5540 H2 Lite fire-rated downlight offers a high-performance, energy-efficient lighting solution for both residential and commercial applications. Producing 490lm of 4000K cool white light from only 4.3W, this IP65-rated downlight is designed for Bathroom Zone 1 ceiling use, making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, utility areas and contemporary interiors.

Part of the trusted Collingwood H2 Lite range, this downlight combines dependable fire protection with efficient LED technology and a modern matt white integrated bezel. The fitting is also TRIAC mains dimmable, meaning it works with both leading and trailing edge dimmers for smooth brightness control and adaptable lighting scenes.

Quick Installation with Patented Easy-Fit Connector

Designed with installers in mind, the H2 Lite features a patented Easy-fit connector that allows rapid first-fix and second-fix wiring. The push-fit connector accepts Twin & Earth (6242Y) or 3-core cable, helping electricians save time on site.

The fitting also features a shallow 46mm depth, allowing installation in ceilings with limited void space. With a 64–72mm cut-out compatibility, it is suitable for both new builds and retrofit installations.

Fire-Rated Protection and Bathroom Safety

This fire-rated LED downlight helps maintain the fire integrity of ceilings with tested ratings of 30, 60 and 90 minutes in solid timber constructions, along with 30 minutes in I-joist and metal web ceilings. The IP65 rating from below protects against moisture and splashes, making it suitable for Bathroom Zone 1 (ceiling installations).

The fitting also includes Class II electrical protection and an integrated SELV LED driver, ensuring safe operation and compliance with UK Building Regulations Part B, C, E, P & L.
