Wattage Switchable — 150W, 175W, or 200W from a Single Fitting

Three selectable wattage settings allow the HBAS2V40 to be configured on-site to match the lux requirements of the specific installation zone — 22,500lm at 150W for standard warehouse aisles, 26,300lm at 175W for higher-racking areas, or 30,000lm at 200W for maximum output where ceiling heights or layout demand it. All three settings maintain a constant 150lm/W efficacy, so output scales precisely with power consumption. Stocking a single SKU across a multi-zone installation removes the need to pre-specify different wattages for different areas before the site survey is complete.

Plug-In Zhaga Sensor for Seconds-Fast Controls Integration

The twist-and-lock Zhaga sensor port at the centre of the fitting accepts optional PIR, microwave, daylight, and Casambi wireless control accessories — all plug-in, all tool-free, all wired in seconds on the fitting without breaking into the luminaire wiring. Available sensor accessories include the HBPIRDLD (PIR and daylight harvest, 12m), HBPIR (PIR and daylight, 15m), HBMWS (microwave and daylight, 12m), HBDLS (daylight sensor), and CASZHAGAMB (PIR and daylight Casambi wireless, 12m). Controls can be added at installation or retrofitted later without any rewiring, giving maximum flexibility for phased energy management upgrades.

0-10V dimming is standard, with PUSHDIM and Casambi wireless dimming available via accessories. The driver is fully removeable for maintenance — no need to take down the entire fitting. At 2.15kg and supplied with a 1.0m H05RN-F flying lead, the HBAS2V40 can be held in one hand and installed by a single person, reducing on-site labour. Mounting options include jack chain, M10 drop rod, and catenary wire suspension — suitable for all common high bay installation methods. An emergency version (HBAS2V40EMS) is available with selectable manual or self-test operation.

IP65, IK08, Aluminium Housing — Built for Demanding Environments

IP65 dust-tight and water-resistant protection with IK08 impact resistance makes the HBAS2V40 suitable for production facilities, logistics centres, sports halls, and other environments where the fitting is exposed to dust, humidity, or occasional mechanical impact. The impact and corrosion-resistant aluminium ADC12 body with polycarbonate diffuser is 100% recyclable. UGR<29 limits glare in working environments. Built-in protection covers mains surge, short circuit, overload, and overheating. Compliant with UK Building Regulations Part P and Part L.
