Hamilton Hartland G2 7G271XLEDITB100 — 1 Gang 100W LED Dimmer Switch, Bright Chrome.

Style & Finish

A polished bright chrome plate and rotary dimmer knob give this switch a bold, reflective finish, with no visible insert colour break for a clean, uniform bright chrome look. It's part of the Hartland G2 range, so it can be matched with other switches and sockets from the same family for a consistent look throughout a property.

At just 4.65mm thick and weighing 164g, the low-profile plate sits neatly against the wall, with a simple push on/off, rotate to dim action for easy everyday use.

Modern Convenience

Push the knob to turn the light on or off, then rotate to set the exact brightness you want, from a single, intuitive control. Because it supports both trailing edge and leading edge dimming, it's compatible with a wide range of dimmable LED lamps, up to 100W or 10 LED lamps maximum, rather than being limited to one dimming technology.

It's wired as a single pole, 2 way switching dimmer, so it can also be used at one end of a two-way lighting circuit alongside a standard 2 way switch at the other end.

Installation & Compliance

Rated 230V AC at 50Hz with a 0.4A current rating, the dimmer is designed specifically for dimmable LED loads between 5W and 100W. A minimum wall box depth of 35mm and box fixing centres of 60.3mm suit standard UK wall boxes. As a Class 1 product, the face plate must be earthed, and it's approved to BS EN 60669-2-1 for use up to 2000m altitude.

Safety & Reliability

Rated IP2XD, the dimmer is built for standard internal use, with an ambient operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C.
