The JCC Toughbay LED High Bay Light Dimmable Sensor 100–200W 5700K IP65 is a high-performance luminaire designed for large-scale commercial and industrial spaces such as warehouses, factories, distribution centres and sports halls. Delivering a bright 5700K daylight white output, it provides excellent visibility in high-ceiling applications where clarity and safety are critical.

High Output with Efficient, Controlled Performance

Available in 100W, 150W and 200W options, the Toughbay delivers impressive actual lumen outputs of up to 27,000 lumens, with high efficacy reaching 158 lumens per circuit watt depending on the wattage selected. A 90° beam angle ensures focused, even light distribution across working areas, while a CRI of Ra82 supports accurate colour rendering for task-oriented environments.

Integrated Sensor and Dimming with Robust Protection

Fitted with an integrated microwave occupancy sensor, the Toughbay automatically adjusts operation based on movement, helping to reduce energy consumption in low-traffic areas. 1–10V dimming is supplied as standard, allowing compatibility with building management and lighting control systems. With a durable Class I construction and an IP65 rating, the fitting is protected against dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial conditions.
