The JCC Line of Light LED Linear 4ft Emergency 16/18/20/22W CCT Black combines the clean, continuous look of the Line of Light range with built-in emergency backup, making it ideal for offices, schools, corridors and reception areas where both aesthetics and compliance matter. The slim 1205mm black aluminium housing and opal diffuser deliver a contemporary linear appearance that works as a standalone fitting or as part of a longer run. Surface or suspended mounting options allow the luminaire to adapt easily to different ceiling types and project layouts.

Selectable Output, CCT and Integrated 3-Hour Emergency Backup

On-board switching allows you to select between 16W, 18W, 20W or 22W, providing light outputs from 1800 to 2600 lumens and efficacies up to 120 lm/W, so output can be tuned to suit each space without changing the product. A 3CCT selector offers 3000K, 4000K or 5700K, enabling warm, neutral or cool white from the same fitting. Integrated emergency control gear and a LiFePO₄ battery provide a minimum of 3 hours emergency operation, with light output in emergency mode set at approximately 9–13% of normal output depending on the wattage selection and a full 24-hour recharge time.

Installer-Friendly Design and Long-Term Reliability

The Line of Light emergency fitting uses a two-part construction to give easy access to terminations and internal components, simplifying installation and maintenance. Operating on 220–240V AC with a power factor of 0.98 and THD of 8%, it delivers stable, efficient performance. A 75° beam angle, CRI 80 and 100% light output ratio in normal mode ensure comfortable, even illumination, while the robust aluminium body and polycarbonate diffuser are backed by a 50,000-hour LED lifetime and a 5-year warranty including batteries. Compatible linking, corner and suspension accessories make it straightforward to create longer seamless runs or geometric layouts using simple plug-and-play connections.
