With wattage selectable from 19W to 37W and colour temperature selectable between 3000K, 4000K and 5700K, this batten allows installers to tailor light levels and ambience to suit warehouses, workshops, plant rooms and utility spaces.

Delivering impressive real-world performance, the ToughLED Pro provides actual lumen outputs ranging from 3,350 lumens at 19W up to 6,000 lumens at 37W, with efficiencies of up to 176 lumens per circuit watt. A frosted glass diffuser ensures wide, comfortable light distribution while maintaining high impact resistance. With a long 54,000-hour LED lifetime, the fitting offers reduced maintenance and long-term reliability.

Installer-Focused Design with Maximum Durability

Built to withstand harsh conditions, the batten is IP66 rated for protection against dust and high-pressure water jets and IK10 impact rated for maximum durability. Installation is simplified with a 90° lock-in-place side clip design, a detachable 4-pin terminal block positioned at all cable entry points, and inbuilt loop-in/loop-out cable restraints to prevent cable clash when closing the fitting. An ultra-wide surface mount bracket rail provides flexibility for joist positioning, while the wide body design supports BESA box mounting and rear, side and end conduit entry. Plug-and-play emergency and microwave sensor modules are available, backed by a 5-year extended warranty on the fixture and batteries.
