The JCC ToughLED Pro LED Batten Light Frosted Glass 4ft is a robust, high-output luminaire designed for industrial, commercial and utility applications where durability and flexibility are essential. With wattage selectable output and CCT selectable colour temperatures (3000K, 4000K and 5700K), this batten allows installers to tailor both light level and colour temperature on site, making it ideal for warehouses, workshops, car parks and plant rooms.

Tough Construction with Excellent Light Output

Built to withstand harsh conditions, the ToughLED Pro features IP66 protection against dust and high-pressure water jets, along with an IK10 impact rating for maximum durability. The frosted glass diffuser provides strong, even illumination while protecting the internal components. Depending on the selected wattage, the batten delivers lumen outputs ranging from 4,700 to 8,850 lumens, with excellent efficiency of up to 157 lumens per circuit watt, ensuring powerful performance with reduced energy consumption.

Installer-Focused Design with Modular Upgrade Options

Designed to save time on site, the batten includes 90° lock-in-place stainless steel side clips to keep fixings clear during installation, a detachable 4-pin terminal block with multiple cable entry positions, and inbuilt loop-in/loop-out cable restraints to prevent cable clash when closing the fitting. A wide surface-mount bracket rail allows flexible joist positioning, while the wide body design supports BESA box mounting with rear, side and end conduit entries. The ToughLED Pro also supports plug & play emergency and microwave sensor modules, including optional remote control, and is backed by a 5-year extended warranty on both the fixture and batteries.
