The JCC ToughLED Pro LED Batten Light 6ft is a robust, high-performance luminaire designed for industrial, commercial and washdown environments where durability and flexibility are essential. Featuring wattage selectable output from 37W to 72W and CCT selectable colour temperatures of 3000K, 4000K and 5700K, this batten allows installers to tailor both light output and colour to suit workshops, warehouses, car parks and production areas.

Exceptional Protection with High Efficiency Performance

Engineered for extreme conditions, the ToughLED Pro offers IP66 protection against high-pressure water jets and is fully dust-tight, alongside an IK10 impact rating for maximum resistance in challenging locations. The frosted glass diffuser delivers strong, even illumination with high efficacy, achieving up to 10,150 lumens depending on wattage selection, with efficiencies reaching 147 lumens per circuit watt for excellent energy performance.

Installer-Focused Design with Upgrade Flexibility

Designed to reduce installation time, the batten features 90° lock-in-place side clips to keep fixings clear during mounting, a detachable 4-pin terminal block with multiple cable entry positions, and loop-in/loop-out cable restraints to prevent cable clash when closing the fitting. An ultra-wide surface mount bracket rail allows flexible joist positioning, while the wide body supports BESA box retrofitting with rear, side and end conduit entry points. The fitting is also compatible with plug & play emergency and microwave sensor modules, with optional remote control, and is backed by a 5-year extended warranty on both the fixture and batteries.
