The MG100T Manrose Gold extractor fan is designed to outlast other bathroom extractor fan thanks to its high quality ball bearing motor and also comes with a 5 year no quibble guarantee. The Manrose gold fan is a popular choice for home bathrooms and landlords who want peace of mind when installing a fan that will be quiet and conform to the latest building regulations.

Suitable for installing on walls or in the ceiling, the fan is versatile and quiet in operation. The overrun timer allows the fan to continue operating after the lights have been switched off with an adjustment from 1-20 minutes at installation.

The Manrose Gold fan is the latest in domestic ventilation to incorporate a high extraction rate of 85m³/hr or 23 litres per second. Manufactured using high ABS thermoplastics for strength and durability. Over 60% reduction in comparison to standard 4” (100mm) domestic fans.
