Timeguard FST24SL — Slim Line 24 Hour Fused Time Switch With Boost & Battery Backup

The Timeguard FST24SL is a slim line 24 hour digital fused time switch designed to control fixed appliances such as panel heaters, towel rails and water heaters up to 13A. It fits a standard single-gang connection unit position and comes with a 10mm spacer, making it ideal for replacing an existing fused spur while adding fully programmable timed control.

A clear 24 hour digital clock display with red “mains on” and green “output” LEDs makes status easy to check at a glance. Four on and four off programmes with 1-minute resolution allow you to match operation to daily routines, while optional 1-hour and 2-hour boost functions provide extra heat or hot water on demand without altering the core schedule. Automatic summer/winter time changeover and a self-cancelling override help minimise call backs and user errors.

An integral NiMH backup battery provides up to 672 hours (28 days) of power reserve, so programmes are retained during outages. With a single-pole 13A fused output (front-replaceable BS1362 fuse), IP20 rating and a robust polycarbonate body, the FST24SL offers an installer-friendly, long-life solution for timed control of fixed loads in domestic and light commercial applications.
