Timeguard FST77SL — Slim Line 7 Day Fused Time Switch With Boost & Battery Backup

The Timeguard FST77SL is a slim line 7 day digital fused time switch designed to control fixed appliances such as panel heaters, towel rails and water heaters up to 13A. It fits a standard single-gang connection unit position and includes a 10mm spacer, making it ideal for upgrading an existing fused spur to fully programmable timed control without major rewiring.

A clear 24 hour digital clock and timer display with red “Mains ON” and green “Output” LEDs makes status easy to check at a glance. Up to 8 ON and 8 OFF programmes can be set across 5+2 or full 7 day schedules, giving up to 56 switching events per week with 1-minute resolution. Optional 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute boost functions deliver extra heat or hot water on demand, while automatic summer/winter time changeover, self-cancelling override and programme advance help reduce user errors and call backs.

An integral NiMH backup battery retains programmes during power failures, and the single-pole 13A fused output (front-replaceable BS1362 fuse) supports a wide range of resistive and lighting loads. With IP20 rating, low standby consumption and a tough polycarbonate body, the FST77SL gives installers a reliable, easy-to-use solution for timed control in domestic and light commercial projects.
