The XIMX100PLUS is specifically designed for loft fitting, effectively extracting stale air and humidity from bathrooms and shower rooms whilst offering the benefits of a discreet and hassle-free installation.Ventilation can be tailored to your requirements with two-speed options - 180m³/hr and 245m³/hr - selectable at installation. An easily accessible terminal box simplifies the electrical connection, ensuring a straightforward and efficient installation process.
