Aico Ei146RC Mains Optical Smoke Alarm RadioLINK Compatible

Aico Ei146RC is now obsolete and has been replaced by the Ei146e. We aim to fulfil all orders with EI146RCs whilst stocks last. The new ‘e’ version benefits from a sleeker design, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced dust compensation, making it less likely to cause false alarms.

Aico EI146RC optical smoke alarm responds to slow smouldering fires (e.g. sofas and electrical fires). The alarm operates using the mains power supply with a replaceable 9V alkaline battery back up in case of electrical mains failure. It can be operated independently or may be interconnected to other alarms via the optional RadioLink base. This upgrade will allow the smoke alarm to wirelessly connect to other RadioLINK detectors in your property, saving additional wiring complications in areas that are hard to access. The alarm features an easi-fit base for quick installation and a test/hush button to facilitate frequent alarm testing. The silent function allows the alarm to be silenced in case of a false alarm. Ideal for hallways, landings, living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms.
