Airflow Loovent 01 toilet and bathroom centrifugal extractor fan, more powerful then standard 4 Inch extractor fans which is helpful when complying with the latest building regulations. Airflow centrifugal fan is built with a run-on timer with remote switch, giving you the ability to adjust the time of extraction to suit the room's ventilation needs.

The extractor fan includes a magnetic backdraught flap, preventing unwanted ventilation.

Ideally suited for installation in toilets, bathrooms and utility rooms.

This was a like for like replacement so we know this fan is good since it was exactly the same model as the one it replaced. The bonus being the new one fitted onto the base of the old one so we did not need to do any wiring at all. The instructions were a little ambiguous. It was difficult to remove the cover from the base.
