Consort Over Door Heater Touchscreen Master Controller ACMC

Consort Claudgen ACMC: Touchscreen Air Curtain Master Controller with 8 heat settings, 8 fan speeds, and the ability to manage up to 7 air curtains from a single unit.

Centralised Control for Multiple Air Curtains

The Consort Claudgen ACMC puts up to seven air curtains under one controller, all sharing the same settings. Rather than adjusting each unit individually, installers and facility managers can configure heat output and fan speed from a single touchscreen interface. Four operating modes (Manual, Automatic, Constant Temperature, and Advanced Control) let you match the system to the building's needs, whether that means maintaining a fixed entrance temperature or running a timed schedule across the working week.

Energy Visibility and Cost Control

Built-in energy monitoring displays consumption data for all connected air curtains across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly periods. This gives building managers the information they need to identify waste, optimise run times, and justify energy-saving measures. The 7-day timer ensures curtains only operate when the building is occupied, cutting unnecessary heating costs outside working hours.

Simple Installation and Secure Access

Wiring is plug-and-play with direct connectors to the controller, so there is no need for intermediary terminal blocks. This reduces installation time and the risk of wiring errors on site. A four-digit PIN lock prevents unauthorised users from changing settings, which is particularly useful in retail, warehouse, and multi-tenant environments where the controller is accessible to staff or the public.

Live Status Monitoring

The touchscreen displays real-time temperature and fan speed for every connected air curtain. Facility teams can confirm at a glance that each unit is running correctly without needing to inspect individual curtains at height, saving time during routine checks.
