Consort Over Door Heater 9kW Tall Double HE7433

Consort Claudgen HE7433: 9kW heated air curtain designed for tall, double-width doorways up to 1040mm wide, with dual heat settings, dual fan speeds, and a maximum mounting height of 2.3m.

Effective Climate Control for Commercial Entrances

This 9kW overdoor heater creates a powerful curtain of warm air across tall double doorways in shops, hotels, offices, and other commercial premises. With a maximum air volume of 650mﾳ/h and a unidirectional outlet pattern, it delivers consistent coverage that prevents cold air ingress and keeps interior temperatures stable. The unit supports mounting heights between 2m and 2.3m, making it suitable for standard and taller commercial entrance frames.

Flexible Heat and Fan Settings

Two heat settings and two fan speeds give you control over output to match seasonal demands: full power in winter, reduced output during milder months. A dedicated fan-only mode provides air circulation without heating, useful in warmer weather for maintaining the air barrier and deterring insects. Three heating levels in total allow precise energy management across changing conditions.

Versatile Installation and Control

The HE7433 can be suspended, wall mounted, or trunking mounted, with a wall mounting bracket supplied for straightforward installation and angular adjustment. A remote switch is included for convenient on/off control from a reception desk or entrance area. The unit is compatible with Building Management Systems (BMS), so it integrates into centralised heating controls across larger premises. Single-phase or three-phase connection at 415V gives flexibility to match existing electrical infrastructure.

Safety and Reliability

An automatic safety cut-out protects against overheating, shutting the unit down if internal temperatures exceed safe limits. A built-in safety monitoring feature uses a flashing light indicator to communicate the nature of any fault, helping maintenance staff diagnose issues quickly without specialist equipment. IP20-rated construction suits indoor installation in dry commercial environments.
