Consort Quartz Heater Garage Workshop 2kW Radiant HE7920

Consort Claudgen HE7920: 2kW Quartz Halogen Radiant Heater delivering instant short-wave radiant heat for large, high-level spaces where conventional heating is impractical.

Instant Warmth Where You Need It

Unlike convection heaters that slowly raise the ambient temperature of an entire room, this Consort Claudgen quartz halogen radiant heater produces short-wave, high-intensity infrared heat that you feel the moment it switches on. That means zero pre-heating time for warehouses, workshops, loading bays, churches, and other large or intermittently occupied spaces, cutting energy waste and keeping running costs low.

Focused, Efficient Heat Distribution

A highly efficient anodised aluminium reflector directs a concentrated beam of radiant heat onto the occupied area below, so energy is not wasted heating unused airspace. With a recommended mounting height of 2.7m to 3.2m, the HE7920 is purpose-built for high-level wall or ceiling installation. The included angular and directional fixing bracket lets installers aim the heat precisely where it is needed, making it ideal for spot-heating workstations, seating areas, or entrance zones.

Safety and Durability

A fitted guard protects the quartz halogen lamp from accidental contact or impact, an important consideration at height in busy commercial environments. The heater is finished in dove white to blend unobtrusively with ceilings and walls. For damp or humid buildings such as swimming pools or agricultural buildings, an optional humidity-resistant lamp is available. Gold lamps can also be specified on request for applications where reduced visible light output is preferred.

Control Options

The HE7920 operates on a single heating level at 2kW, keeping selection simple. For sites that require soft starting to reduce inrush current and extend lamp life, optional Softstart Controllers (QSC3 or QSC6) are available separately. These controllers also allow variable output, giving occupants finer control over comfort levels.
