Consort Over Door Heater Remote Control Switch HE8407

Consort Claudgen HE8407: Surface Mounted Remote Control Switch Box for Screen Zone Curtain Heaters, featuring one 32A double pole switch and two 20A switches in a compact white enclosure.

Purpose-Built Heater Control

The HE8407 is designed specifically for use with Consort Claudgen Screen Zone curtain heaters, including the 3kW HE7402, 4.5kW HE7420 and HE8320, and the 6kW HE7426. This dedicated compatibility ensures reliable switching and straightforward operation for commercial entrance heating systems. With one 32A double pole switch and two 20A switches housed in a single unit, installers can control multiple heater circuits from one convenient location.

Quick Installation

The switch box arrives pre-wired and ready for connection, reducing on-site labour time. Its surface mounting design suits retrofit and new installations alike, with no need to chase into walls or source separate back boxes. At just 166mm x 86mm x 40mm deep, the unit sits discreetly beside doorways or service areas where curtain heaters are typically installed.

Robust and Reliable Switching

Rated for 230V AC operation with normally open contacts, the HE8407 provides clean, positive switching for high-current heater loads. The IP20-rated white enclosure is suited to indoor commercial environments such as shop entrances, warehouse doorways, and reception areas. Zero standby power consumption means the switch box draws no energy when heaters are off.
