Consort Quartz Heater Softstart Controller Up To 3kW Load QSC3

Consort Claudgen QSC3: Softstart control for up to 3kW of quartz heating load, IP65 rated for outdoor installations.

Smooth Start, Longer Lamp Life

The QSC3 removes the power-on surge that quartz heaters normally produce when switched on. This soft start starter approach protects the lamp filament from thermal shock, so quartz lamps last longer and need replacing less often.

Built for Multiple Heaters, Built for Outdoors

One unit can control up to 3kW of quartz heating load, whether that's a single heater or several smaller units wired together. An IP65 weatherproof rating means it's suitable for exposed outdoor locations without an additional enclosure, and installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with basic heater wiring.

Smarter Control With the Optional SL Controller

Pair the QSC3 with Consort Claudgen's optional SL wireless time controller and you gain scheduling: heaters only run when actually needed, cutting wasted energy and running costs. Because the SL controller connects wirelessly via the QSC3's built-in receiver, there's no extra cable run needed to a remote switch, which trims installation time and material costs on site.

Reliable Consort Claudgen Engineering

As part of the Consort Claudgen range sold under the Consort Claudgen name, the QSC3 is designed specifically for quartz heating applications rather than as a generic motor soft starter, giving installers a purpose-built control rather than a compromise.
