Consort Downflow Heater WiFi Compatible 7 day timer 2kW DF2ESL

Consort Claudgen DF2ESL: 2kW Downflow Fan Convector Heater with digital thermostat, adjustable heat output, and wireless controller compatibility for rapid, targeted warmth in bathrooms, kitchens, and cloakrooms.

Rapid, Targeted Warmth Where You Need It

The Consort Claudgen DF2ESL delivers up to 2kW of downflow heat to warm a room quickly from a compact, wall-mounted unit. Two selectable heat settings (1kW and 2kW) let you match the output to the space, reducing energy use in smaller rooms while providing full power when needed. The fan convector heater design pushes warm air directly downward, making it ideal for doorways, en-suites, and areas where fast warm-up matters most.

Precise Temperature Control

A built-in digital thermostat maintains the set temperature within 0.5ﾰC, preventing unnecessary cycling and keeping energy consumption tight. Temperatures can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and the minimum setpoint starts at 4ﾰC for frost protection. Pair the heater with any compatible Consort Claudgen wireless controller to unlock 7-day programming, so heat is only on when the room is in use.

Safety and Peace of Mind

As a double-insulated Class II appliance rated IP22, the DF2ESL is suitable for installation in bathroom zones where splash protection is required, with no earth connection needed. An automatic safety cut-out activates if the unit overheats, and the built-in fault monitoring displays the nature of any issue directly on screen, helping diagnose problems without removing the unit. A child lock prevents unintended changes to settings in family homes or public washrooms.

Clean, Compact Installation

Finished in white steel, the DF2ESL sits neatly on the wall at just 257mm wide, 244mm high, and 124mm deep, keeping it unobtrusive above doorframes or in tight spaces. At only 1.5kg, mounting is straightforward on standard wall fixings. A 0.7m connection cable is included, and the front-mounted control panel keeps all adjustments within easy reach.
