Run the heater from the digital control panel on the unit or remotely through the Consort Claudgen Connect app on a phone or tablet. The 7-day timer supports 24 heating periods per day, so you can build a schedule that matches the room's actual use pattern rather than a fixed on/off routine.

A copy day function speeds up programming across similar weekdays, while scenes and location-based automations let the heater respond to presence or time triggers automatically. Boost mode adds up to 4 hours of extra heat in 15-minute steps for quick top-ups without disturbing the main schedule.

Occupancy-Based Energy Saving

In-built occupancy sensors detect and learn a room's weekly presence pattern, then build a heating schedule around it. Unlike a fan convector heater that relies on a motor to push warm air around a space, this panel convector uses a silent aluminium heating element, so there's no fan noise and no moving parts to wear out.

When the room is empty the heater drops to a setback temperature or frost protection mode automatically, cutting running costs without manual intervention. Open window tracking detects sudden temperature drops and pauses heating to stop money being wasted through an open window, and energy consumption statistics are viewable in the app so usage can be checked and adjusted over time.

Safety, Build & Installation

Class I protection and an IP24 rating make this unit suitable for standard domestic and light commercial rooms, including bathroom zones that meet the rating requirements. The steel front panel and perforated grid give durable, even heat distribution with a 0.5°C temperature differential gap for tight control around the set point.

Wall-mounted fitting keeps floor space clear, and the side-positioned control panel stays accessible after installation. A 1.1m connection cable is fitted as standard, and four operating modes (Programme, Boost, Setback and Manual) cover everyday use, quick heat boosts, and away-from-home energy saving.
