The Consort PLSTi100SL 1kW LST Slimline Fan Heater provides safe, controllable electric heating in a space-saving wall-mounted design, making it ideal for nurseries, hospitals, retirement homes and other environments where low surface temperatures are important. Low Surface Temperature for Enhanced Safety
Part of Consort's PLSTi low surface temperature range, the PLSTi100SL has a maximum surface temperature of 43°C to comply with NHS Estates Health Guidelines Notes. This makes it particularly suitable for environments occupied by children, older people and other vulnerable users.
Integrated safety monitoring helps prevent high surface temperatures in the unlikely event of a fault, with the heater's indicator light flashing to identify the nature of the problem. Overheating protection and an automatic safety cut-out provide additional protection during operation.
Intelligent, Energy-Efficient Heating
With a 1kW heating capacity, the PLSTi100SL uses intelligent fan control to automatically adjust fan speed according to room temperature and heat output. This helps ensure warm airflow while preventing uncomfortable cold draughts.
An EC motor provides improved energy efficiency alongside low-noise operation. Electronic power control, a 5°C to 35°C adjustable temperature range, frost protection and open-window detection provide further control over comfort and energy consumption.
Wireless & Programmable Control
The PLSTi100SL is suitable for wireless remote control and is compatible with Consort's advanced single-zone controllers and SL controllers. This gives installers greater flexibility when specifying heating controls and allows the heater to be operated without an integrated control panel.
Programmable operation and timer functionality make it easier to tailor heating to occupancy requirements, helping avoid unnecessary operation when heat is not required.
Slimline, Durable Wall-Mounted Design
At just 96mm deep, the PLSTi100SL delivers 1kW of heating while maintaining a slim profile against the wall. Its contemporary white finish is complemented by a steel front and strengthened grille, providing additional durability for demanding residential, healthcare and commercial environments.
