Fusebox E4PMSH 100A 4P Meter Isolator Switch

FuseBox E4PMSH is a 4 pole 100A main switch enclosure for meter tails, rated 230/400V AC-22A. It gives you a compact, sealable isolation point between a three-phase meter and the consumer unit or distribution board.

Three-Phase Meter Tail Isolation

The E4PMSH isolates all three phases and neutral at once, so the meter tails and the whole installation downstream can be made dead without the network operator removing the main service fuse. That makes consumer unit and distribution board changes, tail replacements and testing quicker and safer. The switch is rated 100A to IEC 60947-3 at AC-22A for switching mixed resistive and inductive loads. It has a 6kV rated impulse withstand voltage and a mechanical endurance of 20,000 operations.

Safe, Tamper-Resistant Enclosure

The polycarbonate enclosure is rated to a 960°C glow wire test and complies with EN 62208. The front cover fixes with 3mm hex screws, and a tamper-proof screw accepts a wire or plastic seal. That deters unauthorised access to the switch and tails once the installation is complete. Colour-coded poles make it easy to identify each phase and neutral during connection and inspection.

Fast, Tidy Installation

The enclosure is designed for 16mm² and 25mm² double-insulated meter tails. For 16mm² tails, you simply push out the centre of the blanking plug for a snug entry. Terminals accept cables up to 35mm² at a 2.5Nm torque setting. The base fixes to a flat surface with just two screws. At 150mm x 86mm x 84mm, it fits neatly in meter cupboards and next to the board.
