Deta.e EVC7162 100A Three Phase MID Energy Meter CT is a 4-module DIN rail meter designed for accurate three-phase energy monitoring in EV charging and electrical management installations. Its 5A current transformer input, MID B+D certification and RS485 Modbus RTU communication support reliable metering and straightforward integration with compatible monitoring equipment.

Accurate MID-Approved Energy Monitoring

MID B+D certification and Class 1/Class B active energy accuracy make the EVC7162 suitable for projects where dependable, verifiable consumption data is required. It measures a wide range of electrical parameters, including active and reactive energy, voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, harmonic distortion and maximum demand.

CT-Operated Three-Phase Metering

The 5A current transformer input enables the meter to monitor higher-current three-phase circuits without routing the full circuit current through the meter. It supports 3-phase 4-wire, 3-phase 3-wire and single-phase 2-wire configurations, providing flexibility across different metering applications.

Modbus And Bi-Directional Measurement

RS485 Modbus RTU communication allows metering data to be shared with compatible EV charging, building management and energy-monitoring systems. Bi-directional measurement records imported and exported energy, while two pulse outputs provide additional options for external monitoring equipment.

Compact DIN Rail Installation

The meter mounts onto a standard 35mm DIN rail and occupies four modules, helping contractors integrate it into compatible distribution and control enclosures. A backlit LCD and front-mounted configuration buttons make readings and settings easier to access during commissioning and maintenance. The enclosure measures 94.5mm high, 72mm wide and 65mm deep.
