G50T Fusebox Gland Tails Kit 50mm IP68

FuseBox G50T is a 50mm IP68 tail gland for 25mm² line, neutral and earth tails, supplied with a 6mm blind plug. It gives you a large, fully sealed cable entry for meter tails into consumer units, switchgear and enclosures.

Heavy-Duty Tail Entry

The G50T takes 25mm² line, neutral and earth conductors through a single 50mm entry, keeping the tails tidy, separated and protected where they enter the enclosure. The EPDM seal grips each tail firmly, reducing strain and abrasion on the cables for a neat, professional finish. A 6mm blind plug is included to close the unused opening in the seal and keep the entry fully sealed.

Weatherproof IP68 Sealing

When fitted, the gland reaches IP68 protection, keeping out dust and moisture in garages, outbuildings, meter cupboards and other demanding locations. EPDM is used for both the cable seal and the O-ring, so the gland stays sealed and flexible over time. The 94V-2 rated PA66 nylon body, sealing nut, lock nut and blind plug give a tough, durable assembly.

Simple, Reliable Installation

The G50T fits a standard 50mm cutout and comes as a complete six-part assembly: blind plug, sealing nut, seal, body, O-ring and lock nut. Recommended tightening torques of 5–7Nm for the body and 7–8Nm for the sealing nut help you get a consistent, reliable seal every time. It is UKCA and CE marked and RoHS compliant.
