Manrose Lo-Watt PIV introduces clean, filtered air from the loft space into the property, diluting and displacing stale, moisture-laden air. This helps prevent condensation and mould growth, improving indoor air quality and comfort. Its G4 filter captures common airborne pollutants such as pollen and dust, ensuring a steady flow of fresh filtered air for occupants.

Energy Efficient Performance: With airflow adjustable between 11–60l/s, the Manrose Lo-Watt PIV unit uses advanced DC motor technology for exceptionally low running costs. The integral temperature sensor automatically regulates airflow based on loft conditions, while the 500W heater boosts air temperature by up to 10°C during colder months — maintaining a comfortable environment without wasting energy.

Quiet, Flexible and Easy to Install: Supplied with a diffuser, hanging kit and 2m flexible duct, the PIV system installs quickly in any size loft. Its lightweight construction, easy-carry handle and optional floor mounting cradle make setup straightforward for contractors. The discreet ceiling diffuser is designed to be installed over the stairwell, mainhall or landing and ensures an unobtrusive appearance.

Smart Comfort and Control: The unit features simple speed selection based on house size and automatic Energy Recovery and Stand-by modes. The control panel can also be locked to prevent tampering. When loft temperatures rise above 27°C, the unit pauses to prevent warm air circulation, enhancing comfort during summer. It can also be configured in radon mode to safeguard homes affected by elevated gas levels.
