The Manrose Lo-Watt PIV unit is a low-profile, easy-to-install solution that helps to prevent condensation and mould. It works by drawing in fresh air and gently feeding it into the dwelling via a ceiling-mounted diffuser. This helps to dilute, displace and replace contaminated and moisture-laden air, creating a healthier and more comfortable living environment.

The Lo-Watt Manrose PIV is uniquely flexible in its installation methods, making it easy to install in any sized loft. It comes with a hanging kit as standard and an optional floor-mounted base is available separately. The lightweight unit comes supplied with a discreet ceiling diffuser designed to be installed over the stairwell, main hall or landing.

Simple to set up and use, the unit benefits from a simple control interface that allows users to adjust the speed and mode of operation. The control panel can also be locked to prevent tampering. The ventilation system features a Radon Mode which sufficiently ventilates properties with high levels of Radon gas. The supplied G4 filters help to eliminate pollutants such as dust and pollen making it an ideal solution for allergy sufferers.

A specially designed, energy efficient Lo-Watt DC motor enables the fan to run extremely quietly whilst keeping running costs incredibly low. The unit benefits from a temperature sensor which enables it to automatically adjust the air volume when required. The sensor is adjustable, allowing users to change the temperature at which the unit increases or decreases airflow. A 500W heater automatically operates when a temperature drop is detected during colder months, boosting air temperature by 10°C.
