Different product sent than ordered

I didn't receive the item I'd ordered and bought it elsewhere instead. I'm pleased with the item which is a direct replacement for a previous one. The plastic casing is slightly smaller on the newer model so it doesn't quite cover the same area on the ceiling - hence one star deducted as I need to touch up the paint around the edge.
