The Manrose XF100LV 12V SELV Bathroom Extractor Fan is designed for use within the splash zone of baths and showers where conventional fans are not regulated to be installed.

Designed for wall or ceiling mounting, the transformer and switching mechanism can be installed remotely. Power is provided through a single phase induction motor with pre-oiled bearings for a long, maintenance free life.

The 12V Low voltage extractor fan features large, backward curved impellers which ensure high performance, even in long duct runs. Manufactured from ABS thermoplastics XF100LV is durable and easy to clean.
