The Timeguard FRD1000 is a 6W CCT3 fire rated LED downlight designed to give installers flexibility on site while keeping stock simple. With selectable 3000K, 4000K or 6000K colour temperatures and lumen outputs up to 550lm, you can match the light to different rooms and schemes using the same fitting across the job.

Flexible CCT From A Single Fitting

CCT3 selection via dip switch lets you choose warm, neutral or cool white output to suit living areas, circulation spaces or task zones without changing product. Lumen output varies with colour temperature (500lm/540lm/550lm), delivering efficient 92lm/W performance from the integrated SMD LED light source while helping reduce energy use compared to traditional downlights.

Installer-Friendly, Fire Rated Design

The FRD1000 is built for quick, tidy installation with a 68mm cut-out and a detachable driver using a 6-pin micro-fit connector, making maintenance or replacement straightforward. An IP65 front (IP20 back), -20°C to +40°C operating temperature range and 130° beam angle make it suitable for a wide range of internal applications, while the polycarbonate bezel and aluminium body provide a robust, fire rated solution that sits neatly in modern ceilings. Up to 25 FRD1000 units can be linked in an area, and they can be paired with FRD1001 PIR heads where presence control is required.
