Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon MVDC-MSH Multivent 443298 Central Extract MEV Unit with integral humidistat is a low-energy multipoint ventilation unit for residential and commercial extract applications. Designed for close control ventilation, it uses an efficient DC motor, three fully variable speeds and a digital display to help installers set accurate airflow rates with reduced noise and energy consumption.

Humidity Responsive Extraction

The MVDC-MSH includes an integral humidistat that triggers boost operation when humidity in the duct system exceeds 70%. This helps increase ventilation automatically when moisture levels rise, making it a strong choice for bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and other wet areas.

Efficient Multipoint Ventilation

Three 125mm extract spigots allow quick connection to ductwork for simultaneous extraction from multiple rooms. With SAP PCDB recognition and Specific Fan Power as low as 0.14W/l/s, the unit supports low-energy ventilation schemes and helps reduce a building’s carbon footprint.

Accurate Speed Control
