The Vent Axia VA100 range has been designed for use in residential bathrooms and toilets. The VA100SVXHP12 is an IPX7 rated, 4" Low Voltage bathroom extractor fan which is suitable for window, wall or panel mounting making it a versatile solution to your bathroom ventilation requirements.

As a Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) fan, the VA100SVXHP12 is designed to be safely installed within bathroom zone 1 and can be fitted within the spray area of a bath or shower.

The VA100SVXHP12 features an integral humidity sensor, thermoelectric shutter, pullcord override and an override indication light. The VA100SVXHP12 also comes with a remote, wall mounted transformer.

VA100 Fans exceed the extraction rate requirements of Building Regulation (Document F) for domestic bathrooms with integral WCs.

Designed with a clean white finish VA100 extractor fans are suitable for use in ambient temperatures up to 40°c and benefits from Standard Thermal Overload Protection.
