The WAGO 207-1333 Gelbox is a pre-filled, gel-sealed junction enclosure designed to provide secure, moisture-resistant protection for splicing junctions made using WAGO 221 Series Compact Splicing Connectors or 2273 PUSH-WIRE® Connectors (for conductors up to 4 mm²). With IPX8 certification and silicone-free internal gel, it’s ideal for installations exposed to damp, dust or water — such as outdoor lighting, garden wiring, bathrooms, basements, or external circuits.

Fast, Seal-Ready Protection — No Potting Required: The 207-1333 comes pre-filled with a specially formulated silicone-free protective gel, allowing you to seal splice connections immediately — no mixing compounds or waiting for cure time. Just insert your spliced connectors, close the box, and you’re done. The gel surrounds the connection, sealing it against moisture, dust and contaminants, while still allowing future access for inspection or rework.

Because it uses a silicone-free, label-free gel, the Gelbox avoids potential issues with chemical interactions, paint adhesion, or long-term storage — and remains ready for use for extended periods.

Reliable Waterproofing and Long-Term Use: With IPX8 protection, the 207-1333 is tested for continuous submersion, making it suitable for demanding environments such as outdoor, wet-area or underground installations.

Its polypropylene housing combined with dense gel ensures robust mechanical protection and corrosion resistance, while still allowing standard operating temperature range from –55 °C to +85 °C — giving reliability over many years.
